Yes, from the Subscription page, between Standard and Premium or between monthly and yearly. The change is immediate and prorated.
At any time, from the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Within 14 days, a top-up or first payment with no credits used can be refunded.
Yes, French VAT of 20 % included. A business in another European Union country with a valid VAT number is invoiced without VAT (reverse charge).
How credits are counted
Credits are only used for what goes through Tesla: data sent by the car, commands and wake-ups. The Companion dashboard always works, even with 0 credits and even without a linked car.
Tesla charges ioDek for every piece of data sent by the car and every command sent to it. Credits cover that cost.
At 0 credits, tracking is paused at Tesla and commands are refused. The history stays available, and a top-up or a subscription resumes tracking.
What it costs
The car sends its data as signals: 15 signals make 1 credit. It sends most of them while driving (about 12 per km) and while charging; parked, very few.
